In short: We comply with the requirements of consumer protection legislation, so you can exchange or return goods of proper quality within 14 days after the day of their receipt, cut flowers within a few hours (before the start of wilting), and goods of inadequate quality within the warranty period (expiration date).

Exchange and return of goods of proper quality

You can exchange goods of proper quality (except cut flowers and perishable products) without specifying the reason within 14 days after the day of its receipt, provided that such goods have not been used and its presentation, consumer properties, seals, labels are preserved and if there is a document (including electronic) confirming the purchase of goods from us.

Exchange and return of goods of inadequate quality

You have the right to exchange or return any goods (or component part) of inadequate quality purchased on the site, as well as goods that were delivered in violation of terms.

Please note that flowers (bouquets, flowers in a box) quickly lose their presentation and consumer properties, because they begin to wither after a few hours. If you believe that you have received a bouquet of inadequate quality or freshness, please inform us about it no later than 24 hours from the date of receipt of the bouquet and attach photos that confirm this fact, as the company does not have the opportunity to control the storage conditions of the composition or bouquet after their receipt. 

If a bouquet, composition or gift basket differs from the one depicted on the site, this is not a reason for return/exchange, since florists can, in accordance with their creative vision, slightly change the appearance of the order while preserving all components.

How do I exchange or return the goods?

To return or exchange the product, please contact us at the contacts listed on the website, and specify the order number you are contacting about. We will consider your complaint within 24 hours of contact and may contact you to clarify the details.

Our support team makes every effort to help in case of unpleasant situations, so please do not send complaints that contain profanity, threats or insults to company employees.

After reviewing and confirming your request, we will agree with you on the place and date of return. Exchange or return is carried out in any case no later than 10 working days.

Delivery of goods in this case is carried out at our expense.

How and when will I be reimbursed?

We will refund the cost of the goods you paid within 7 days from the date of receipt of your refund request.

For refunds, we use the same method by which you paid for the item at the time of purchase, unless we agree otherwise.
