Where can I see your bouquets live?
We invite you to our Flower Workshop in Kyiv at the address: str. Zvirenetska, 47 (Pechersk district). Here you can personally choose or order a unique bouquet.
What are the delivery options?
We deliver in Kyiv on the day of order or on the selected date. Delivery to the suburbs is also possible.
Can I order flowers for a certain time?
Yes, you can specify the exact delivery time, and we guarantee timely execution.
How to place an order?
You can order through the website, call, write to the messenger or come to our Flower Workshop.
Can I pick up the order from the store myself?
Yes, just indicate this during registration — we will prepare the bouquet for your arrival exactly at the agreed time.
How to pay for an order?
We accept payment in cash in the store, by bank card online, as well as by bank transfer.
What should I do if the flowers are damaged or do not correspond to the order?
We are responsible for quality and promptly resolve any issues — replace or compensate for orders.
